The Edwards EXT turbomolecular and compound molecular pumps provide a reliable, hydrocarbon-free high and ultra high vacuum. Utilizing multi-stage axial flow turbines combined with magnetic and ceramic bearings, the EXT design provides oil and vibration free operation with minimal maintenance on high critical foreline pressure processes.

The nEXT platform brings a high level of modularity to offer maximum flexibility for customer application and requirements. Each pump is available in two different internal configurations to offer differing performance.
Turbopumping Stations

The new range of nEXT turbo pumping stations have been developed to provide a comprehensive vacuum solutions with the latest technological advances for easy installation and operation. Edwards turbo pumping stations come with a TIC turbo and instrument controller, enabling system start/stop from the control panel and easy integration of Edwards Active gauges. All turbo pumping stations include: 4 locking castor wheels, a bench mounting kit, built in air cooling and come configured to suit a wide variety of applications.
Turbo Kits
The ceramic turbo pumps provide a reliable, high and ultra-high vacuum. Kits offer you the turbo pump, controller and air cooler - everything you need to achieve pumping speeds of 42 l/s to 400 l/s at a price you can afford.
